Golden Endurance is excited to offer an annual membership to customers who believe in staying healthy year round. The membership includes one discounted visit per month, access to our online Bottom Up Strengthening Program, and access to our providers.

Sign up for our annual membership at $130 and receive one free monthly visit with a licensed physical therapist. Annual members have the option to buy additional visits at $130.
