Resilient Running Program

The race season is winding down! Use the off-season to become a faster and more resilient runner through tailored strength training and nutrition counseling. Golden Endurance is partnering with Own It Nutrition to help you make the best of your off-season. Whether you're new to strength training and wanting to know how to get started, or experienced and looking to maximize performance, this program is for you. Enter 2024 a stronger and more resilient runner!



Initial Strength Assessment: Individual consult with a strength and conditioning specialized Doctor of Physical Therapy to identify and address your running related weaknesses

Strength Programming: Two months of online strength programming to reduce injury risk and improve your performance.


Nutrition Education: Access to Own It Nutrition's online academy lessons and monthly group question and answer sessions with a registered dietitian nutritionist.

Follow Up Sessions: Two in-person strength training sessions to help fine tune your training.

  • Unlimited feedback and coaching through the duration of the program.
