Golden Endurance is excited to offer one on one strength coaching for runners. Like your current run coach but your lacking in a strength regimen? Keep your current run coach and pick up a running specific strength trainer!

Golden Endurance offers strength programming as a standalone or adjunct program. Strength training is like interval work- it allows athletes to run harder, faster, and longer. Our strength training programs are tailored to individual runners and can be built around competitive seasons.
