This is an hour long course that takes a deep dive into overtraining. The course provides an overview of what overtraining is and how to avoid it as an athlete or as a coach. Take a deep dive with Gabe and Sammie on principles of periodization, definitions of overreaching and overtraining, causes and mechanisms of overtraining syndrome, ways to monitor load, prevention of overtraining, and management of overtraining.
